Low Density Polyethylene pipes have several advantages compared to those made with other traditional materials. In general, they can be specified as:

* INSIPIDAS

* ATOXICAS, complying with the current sanitary regulations.

* UNALTERABLE to the action of aggressive lands, even of floors with high lime content areas of dangerous infiltrations.

* INSOLUBLES

* RESISTANT to most chemical agents, such as alkalis, oils, alcohols, deterjetes, lyes, ether, etc. However, in applications for driving these agents check their behavior in the UNE 53.390 and 53.405 Standards.

The walls of the tube can be considered hydraulically smooth and offer a minimum resistance to the circulation of the fluid, producing load losses lower than the pipes of traditional materials.
